Suzanne's journey in business started at age 22 when she sees the opportunity to purchase a fabric shop in Northern California for $10,000. This venture became her personal "Masters Degree," exposing her to every facet of the business. Suzanne's hands-on approach ranged from collaborating with fabric wholesalers in LA and San Francisco to retailing Swiss Bernina sewing machines and instructing sewing classes. The shop, acquired at 22, became her first real estate transaction when she sold it just 3 1/2 years later for a remarkable 400% gain on investment.

In 1980, Suzanne moved to Southern California, specifically to Orange County where the lingering fragrance of orange blossoms still graced the air. She obtained her license to sell mobile homes in 1981, eventually relocating to Laguna Beach to establish The Great Exchange Consignment Company.

Life's twists lead Suzanne back to real estate in 1984, earning her Residential Real Estate license. She joined Turn Key Associates, a prominent Laguna Beach property management and rental company. She spent eight years exclusively renting properties throughout Orange County.

Thanks to enduring relationships with property owners. Suzanne was entrusted with selling their properties. Since 1989, she has successfully sold over $140,000,000 of southern Orange County real estate, beginning with oceanfront condos in the prestigious Laguna Lido and Laguna Royale.

Presently affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in Laguna Beach, Suzanne continues to find joy in the intricate world of real estate.
